JURY SELECTION
Based on in-depth case analysis, voir dire questions are devised to discover the best jurors for your case. Or based on juror questionnaires, a prompt sheet and preliminary rating is created for each prospective juror. When you rise to voir dire each prospective juror, you are in a position to ask questions and clarifications so that we can make a rapid assessment of that juror.

WITNESS PREPARATION
Your witnesses want and need to know what is expected of them. Do you have the time and energy to give each witness detailed explanations of what they will encounter? Can you calm their fears; show them the view from the witness box, and how to use the court microphone? Do they know what to wear, where to look, phrases to avoid, when to arrive, where to sit, how to act if they see a juror, and effective demeanor in court? We can give them professional advice and virtually hold their hands, both pre-trial and during trial.

CONTINUOUS TRIAL ANALYSIS, PERFORMANCE AND STRATEGY
There is only one of you, even if you have co-counsel. Your minds are full of facts, points of law, exhibits, and deadlines. What is the opposition doing? We will:

Keep an up-to-date notebook of the major thrust of every witness, attorney, and all testimony
Observe the jury and log their reactions to witnesses, testimony, experts and your client
Strategize, plan and organize with you
Prepare a Closing Argument Notebook

SHADOW JURORS
A few shadow jurors can provide you with unique perspectives and probably tell you what the jury is thinking.

POST-TRIAL JUROR INTERVIEWS
What did the jurors think about the case, the facts, the evidence, you? They wouldn't tell these things to your face. But they have been through an adventure and they will oftentimes willingly share feelings and opinions with a friendly person who has gone through the same experience. Where did things go awry? What did they like about your experts? What did you do right? How can you improve for the next time you are in litigation? In-depth interviews are conducted with any juror willing to have a discussion in person or on the phone. The conversations are documented for your review.
