MOCK
TRIAL FOCUS GROUPS $11,900
Be absolutely primed to try your case in court. Mock Trial/Focus Groups
are a flexible and pragmatic trial preparation technique. They will:
Appraise
the likelihood of prevailing in trial
Sharpen
your questioning and presentations
Test
trial strategy
Evaluate
attitudes which bear on your case
Assess
probable juror reaction
Assist
you in making crucial tactical decisions concerning negotiations and
your master trial design.
CaseMakers
creates the necessary anonymity between you and the jurors, and videotapes
two jury panels in deliberations so that you will feel that you are
in the jury room. Collaborating with you and your staff, CaseMakers,
Inc. will: determine objectives; recruit participants; select and secure
location and equipment; prepare juror initial verdict forms and biographical
data forms; conduct two mock trial/focus groups and videotape the complete
proceedings; and analyze the results in a Project Summary, including
effectiveness of arguments, needed clarifications, demographic characteristics
of the favorable and unfavorable juror, and CaseMakers, Inc. recommendations for settlement and trial. The cost of two mock trial/focus
group sessions, presenting written trial material with visual evidence,
is $11,900; travel costs additional. Attorneys are responsible for preparation of some materials (samples available) and live summation arguments for both plaintiff and defense sides or videotaped arguments (CaseMakers will videotape attorney presentations at hourly rate).
e Trial - $5500
An e Trial is similar to a Mock Trial, but participants respond by e-mail. A Project Summary will evaluate the outcome (see above).
TRIAL SIMULATIONS
- Call for quote
Similar to a Mock Trial, but substantially more in-depth, think of a
Trial Simulation as a Dress Rehearsal for your case. Courtrooms can
be rented. Live presentations by attorneys, experts, and witnesses (actors
available for roles). A detailed Project Summary will analyze the results.
SUPPLEMENTAL JUROR QUESTIONNAIRES
- $4500
Here is the best way for you to find out lots of information about your
prospective jurors. CaseMakers, Inc. develops the questionnaire based
on Mock Trial or other case information, designed to search out underlying
beliefs and attitudes that may have a direct bearing on the outcome
of your case. Questions discover those jurors with hidden prejudices,
and also those who will be most inclined to honestly attend to the particulars
of your specific case.
